The Savannah Way Art Trail has involved a collaborative and consultative process between local councils, traditional owners, residents, members of local arts communities and the lead artists on the project, Manning Daly. The six large scale public artworks in the towns of Doomadgee, Burketown, Karumba, Normanton, Croydon and Georgetown tell a story of place and connection to landscape.

After four long years in the making, the artworks are ready to be enjoyed by the community. Join us as we celebrate the soft launch of the Savannah Way Art Trail in Karumba.
